What You’ll Do

The Business and Reporting Finance Analyst will act as the CEAG and Middle East Finance Director right hand and work closely and collaboratively with all BU stakeholder’s, e.g. BU Finance, EMEA Finance FP&A, GFSS, Operations, Commercial and Snr site management and throughout ME region. The main responsibilities is compilation and consolidation of ACT’s and FCST with variance analysis and explanation, Backlog review, Commercial support to maintain healthy margin’s (BL and MRO’s), phasing and prizing, Working capital support, Ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Further, the Analyst will support, execute and assist in process optimization for planning, recording, analyzing and reporting of the BU financial status and outlook. The role will also be significantly involved in the development of the BU Snr management reporting including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as applicable.

Key Responsibilities

Right hand support for CEAG and ME FD, strong interaction with all BU stakeholder’s incl. GFSS

Compilation and consolidation of ACT’s and variance analysis, 

Compilation and consolidation of FCST and variance explanation

Backlog review and Margin verification.

Commercial support to maintain healthy margin (BL and MRO’s), phasing and prizing.

Working capital support

Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Process overseeing, execution and enhancement 

Enhancement and development of standard financial reporting in close co-operation with EMEA FP&A.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a focus such as business administration/accounting/controlling; MBA preferred.

Minimum 7 years experience in a matrix organization in a production environment with mutiple plants

Controlling & FP&A Experience within a multinational environment 

Skills

Able to analyse complex data and scenarios to make short-term/daily and strategic decisions and find simplified solutions 

SAP knowledge mandatory

Experience with "ENCORE Software" is a big plus

Advanced skills in Excel 

Reliability and accuracy of forecast

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization

Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure work efficiently

Flexible, self-motivated and engaging personality 

Excellent interaction skills, supportive and motivating personality with a hands-on mentality
