We are hiring experienced candidates for our head office in Oman for the position "Corporate Secretary- Female"




Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:


.General corporate and secretarial functions


.Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements and .maintenance of statutory registers and other records relating to corporate secretarial works.


.Preparing monthly accounts (P&L, BS, Cash Flow) and financial statement for Chairman


.Other ad-hoc duties as and when required


.Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and Accounting software-Busy


.Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software


.Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and cheques.


.Coordinate with Property Management Company for timely renewal of tenancy agreements


.Coordinate with concerned Vendors for building renewals (Fire-fighting AMC, Elevator AMC etc.)


.Follow up for repair and maintenance requests from tenants, and ensuring timely completion of such work with Property Management Company and outside Vendors as required.


.Follow up for collections with tenants.


.Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets


.Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings


.Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records


.Be a front office Manager of the top Executives office


.Diary management and its timely reminder


.Arrange conferences, meetings, travel reservations etc.


.Preparation of various reports


.Schedule and confirm appointments for top Executives


.Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting whenever required


.Manage and maintain all records of the top Executives


.Liaise with staff in other departments


.Order and maintain stationery and equipment for the Executives


.Manage entire mailing system – electronic and posts, courier etc


.Arrange hotel and travel reservation of the top Executives


.Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.


 


Qualifications, Competencies & Requirements:  


·Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in any field. (Preferably Accounts and Finance related)


· At least 3 years of relevant experience required


·Able to work within tight timelines and under pressure


·High attention to detail


·Proactive


· Able to multitask


·Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
