POSITION:Admin Assistant


SGS Qatar Looking for  “Admin Assistant”  who can support  Admin supervisor in  all administration activities . Only Indian Female candidates preferred .


Qualification and Skills required: 


 


Bachelor’s Degree with minimum  3- 4 years’ work experience in Admin Field

Must have good coordination and English communication skills. Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi Languages skills are additional advantage.   

Must be able to prioritize the jobs  and work independently with less supervision.

Must be a Good team player.

Highly focused, organized and  fast learner

Willing to work under pressure

Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Specially in Excel, word , Power Point

Job Responsibilities: including  but not limited to  below


Prepare documents for Visa and share with PRO, ticket booking, Pass arrangements etc..    


DRAFT Salary preparation  and submit for Admin supervisor review and approval.


• Preparing petty cashes vouchers, purchase orders etc..   and submit for  Admin supervisor review and approval.


• Employee database  and personal file Maintenance.


Support admin supervisor in Printing, Scanning ,  Copying, Faxing , filing etc..  Supplier and Subcontractor File maintenance.


Preparing Supplier, subcontractors and Employee files and documents as per ISO requirements.


• Equipment calibration Monitoring  and arrange calibration renewal on time though Third party  companies.


• Support Recruiting by Job  adds posting  in local websites and CV Searching in Job Portals.


Any other supporting activities case to case basis 

Preferred Female candidates. Transportation will be provided by company from Doha (candidates who are staying near Thumama, Karama signal, Old airport road, Toyato Signal, Hilal, Doha Cinema, New Salatha are preferable). Company is located in Raslaffan support service area. Those who are willing to travel from Doha to Rasslaffan ( approximately 1 hour travel time) please apply. Female candidates will be on yearly contract basis (renewable as per project requirement). 


Salary QR 3000/- per month  All-inclusive 8hours per day 6 days in a week. Transportation will be provided from Doha to  SGS QATAR OFFICE in Rass Laffan.  Interested  Candidates are requested to submit their updated CV  with Photo, QID copy,  and  to Resina.Banu@sgs.com
