A medical doctor or general practitioner (preferably a retired or semi-retired couple/or any readily available doctor) is needed on Satowan Island to serve the groups of islands in the Mortlocks. The doctor will be stationed on Satowan and can travel to the other nearby islands when needed. If both couples are medical professional, Chuuk State will also employ both of them. For the main hospital on Weno in Chuuk, the following are needed:
