1. Transportation Coordinator

Position: Transportation Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years experience in Saudi Arabia.
Department: Transportation / Logistics / Operations.
Reports to: Logistics / Operations Manager.
The coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the movement of heavy equipment.
Ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation according to company policies and regulations.
Coordinate daily dispatch, routing, and scheduling of heavy equipment to project sites.
Supervise drivers, maintain documentation, permits, and licenses, and track fleet movements.
Ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations, conduct pre-movement checks, and report incidents.
Act as a focal point between clients, drivers, and operations for scheduling and delivery coordination.
