Cost controller


A Cost Controller for a Central Kitchen is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing the costs related to food production, procurement, and kitchen operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency.


Skills & Qualifications


Education: Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality, or Supply Chain.


Experience: 2–5 years in food service, catering, or hospitality cost control.


Skills:


Strong analytical and Excel skills.


Knowledge of kitchen operations and menu engineering.


ERP or inventory management system experience.


Negotiation skills for supplier dealings.
