A holding company in the automotive industry is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a: ( *Recruitment Specialist* – Jeddah)


Requirements:


- *Saudi candidates only*


- *Diploma* or *Bachelor's* degree in *Human Resources*, *Business Administration*, or any related field


- *2–4* years of experience


- Strong understanding of the *recruitment cycle*


- Knowledge of using *recruitment platforms* such as *LinkedIn*, *Bayt*, etc.


- Strong attention to detail and good computer skills


- Good *English* communication skills
