Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct tenders and negotiate contracts in compliance with established local Procurement processes and procedures, and applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Administer a portfolio of contracts (post award) including amendment execution, issue resolution with suppliers, maintenance of contract details in Maximo (ERP System) and proper monitoring of expiring contracts.
  • Interact with business lines to clarify requirements, agree on procurement strategy, and address queries and issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place as per agreed processes and procedures in order to support cost recovery activities.
  • Develop relationship with all stakeholders involved in the Procurement process (i.e., suppliers, business lines, counterparts, project partners and support functions such as Law, Tax, Controllers and Treasurers).
  • Negotiate standard contract terms and conditions
