Job Overview:
As a Concessions Crew Member, you’ll travel to events, fairs, and festivals helping prepare, cook, and serve our menu items, keep the booth organized, and deliver great customer service. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, traveling to new places, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items (training provided)
• Serve customers quickly and with a positive attitude
• Handle cash and operate a POS system
• Set up and break down booth/equipment at event locations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with health standards
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and equipment
• Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy rushes

Qualifications:

• No previous food service experience required — we will train the right person
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work weekends & event hours
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, can-do attitude under pressure
• Valid driver’s license is a plus (some roles involve driving equipment/trailers)

Travel & Lodging:

• Most events require overnight travel, typically within the Southeast region
• Company covers travel and lodging expenses
• Lodging is shared — typically 4 crew members to a room (shared beds and/or bunks)
• You must be comfortable living and working closely with a team during events
