As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to achieve revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our elevator products and services. You will work closely with engineers, technicians and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and property owners.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Product Knowledge: Present and promote our elevator products, including custom solutions, modernization projects, and maintenance contracts.

• Proposals and Negotiations: Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position our products effectively.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from sales to installation.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and after-sales support.
