• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service consistency.
• Engage proactively with leads and prospects to develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records to support relationship management and sales tracking
• Executes distribution and market penetration strategies to maximize product visibility and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) presence per customer.
• Supports and participate in promotional activities, tastings, chef demos, and trade events to strengthen brand awareness in the HORECA market.
• Collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams to align campaigns and service efforts with customer needs.
• Prepares and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Provides insights into management on customer needs, challenges, competitor activities, and market developments aligned with KPIs.
• Manages on-site inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking, prompting reorders, and handling returns or credits for damaged goods.
• Reports and manage near-expiry or expired products promptly to minimize loss and ensure product quality.
• Follow up on customer payments in accordance with company policy to ensure timely collection and support healthy cash flow.
• Incorporates feedback from customers and management to enhance sales techniques, service quality, and operational processes.




Client Management

• Identifies and addresses to customer needs by delivering tailored product recommendations, support, and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Plans and executes regular client visits based on a structured monthly routing plan, ensuring optimal frequency and consistent customer engagement.
• Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with new and existing HORECA clients by proactively engaging them and aligning product offerings with their specific business requirements.
