We are seeking a talented and driven Student Recruitment Manager to join our University Partnerships Europe (UPE) Division and play a key role in expanding Navitas' presence in Pakistan.




This is a dynamic, on-the-ground role where you will be instrumental in driving recruitment growth and achieving ambitious student recruitment targets. You will be the face of our partnerships in Pakistan, engaging directly with students, parents, and agents to support their journey and ensure a smooth conversion process. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to foster long-term growth.

Strategic Planning & Execution:



• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality prospective students from a variety of backgrounds.
