Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire a Senior Analyst Digital Platform who is responsible for managing analytics tools, generating reports, and conducting analysis to provide actionable insights that support the performance and strategic goals of Zain IQ’s digital platforms. This role involves setting up and maintaining analytics frameworks, tracking key performance indicators, identifying trends, and delivering timely insights to the digital team. The Digital Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner, Experience Designer, Product Designer, and Quality Lead to ensure that data-driven decisions are integrated into product development, user experience enhancements, and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain digital analytics tools to track performance metrics across digital assets

  
  

• Define key tracking parameters and ensure that all digital platforms are properly configured to capture user behavior data

  
  

• Maintain data integrity by validating and cleaning data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms

  
  

• Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into platform performance and user behavior

  
  

• Ensure compatibility of tracking tools with product updates and technical changes

  
  

• Develop custom reports based on business requirements from the Product Owner and other stakeholders

  
  

• Distribute regular performance reports to track user behavior

  
  

• Deliver actionable insights based on data analysis to inform product development, design, and marketing strategies
