Position Summary

The Waitress/Helper is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and assisting kitchen and service staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times.

  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables for new guests.

  • Support kitchen staff by delivering orders, refilling supplies, and light cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to exacting standards.
