**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Manufacturing company. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in maintaining our organizational effectiveness and supporting our diverse workforce. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working in multicultural environments and a strong understanding of administrative processes.
**Responsibilities**
• Office Management:
o Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
o Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
• Administrative Support:
o Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
o Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
o Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
o Support the HR department with onboarding processes for new employees.
• Communication and Coordination:
o Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
o Facilitate effective communication between departments and employees.
o Assist with translating documents or communications, if necessary.
o Work with external vendors and suppliers.
• Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
o Maintain accurate records of employee information and documentation.
o Assist with preparing and submitting regulatory reports.
o Assist with visa and work permit paperwork.
• Expatriate Support:
o Assist with relocation and settling-in processes for expatriate employees.
o Provide information and support regarding local customs, regulations, and resources.
o Facilitate communication and integration of expatriate employees into the company culture.
**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
• Understanding of local laws and customs is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required, and knowledge of [other relevant languages] is an
