Accounts Payable Clerk


Al Khalidiah Tourism is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in Sharjah.  


Candidate will be responsible for managing the accuracy and efficiency of our vendor payments, playing a vital role in maintaining strong financial relationships with our partners. 




What You'll Do:


Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time. 


Verify purchase orders, receipts, and contracts against invoices. 


Maintain accurate and organized financial records for accounts payable transactions. 


Collaborate with managers and suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies and queries. 


Assist with month-end closing procedures and contribute to team financial goals. 


Handle other administrative duties as needed to support the finance department. 




*** Should be ready to join. Freshers to UAE with field experience are accepted.
