Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
  • •Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand.
  • •Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members.
  • •Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages.
  • •Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments in alignment with company goals
  • •Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns.
  • •Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas for
  • •improvements.
  • •Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events.
  • •Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • • Understand all technical aspects of a product and explaining them to potential consumers.
  • • Explain product features during live demonstrations.
  • • Promote and sell MTU diesel generators and related high-voltage
  • power solutions.
  • • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.

Asst.Credit & Collection Officer

Responsibilities
  • •Perform credit and collection analysis on a daily basis and prepare reports as required by the management
  • •Identifies areas in Credit & Collection policy & processes for improvements in accordance with customer needs and company’s requirements.
  • •Coordinate with divisional collection teams and directly engage with customers to ensure timely collections.
  • •Conduct collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department
  • •Negotiating suitable payment plans with customers

Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • • Attend and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
  • • Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
  • • Request for Identification card and other supporting documents related to KYC.
  • • Deal in cash, return correct balance and tally cash.
  • • Inform customers about turnaround time.

Collection Officer

Responsibilities

  • • Follow- up with assigned customers for overdue outstandings.
  • • Receive, review and file new contracts from Sales team.
  • • Archive all new contracts and handover closed contract files to accounts after all dues are cleared.
  • • Follow up for New Contract clearance between Accounts & Operations department.
  • • Follow up for clearance of deposits under closed contract.
  • • Prepare internal legal memos with documents for accounts for legal team follow up.

Assistant Financial Controller  

Responsibilities

  • Ensure and assess timely preparation and review of monthly MIS, P/L, BS, KPI and other operational activities including Cash Management, CAPEX & Working Capital Management.
  • Strive to improve revenue and profits of all departments by focusing on topline growth as well as scouting for various cost saving initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting that is compliant with statutory regulations and is free of financial irregularities.
  • Prepare monthly budgets and financial statements within timelines.
  • Continuously review and recommend changes to policies and procedures to exercise effective financial controls. Ensure compliance with the same by the Operating Management.
  • Interpret and analyze financial statements for meaningful comparison (trend analysis, variance analysis, benchmarking, KPIs, etc.)
  • Review financial statements and ledgers; work with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review financial implications and payouts of incentive schemes and provide feedback on their feasibility and effectiveness.

Financial Controller  

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective financial control measures across the Business Division including Cash Management, CAPEX & Working Capital Management
  • Collaborate closely with Business Head on relevant operational aspects; provide suitable advice, support in fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
  • Participate in Business reviews, improvement initiatives, drive cost effectiveness across Business.
  • Assess the profitability of various product lines, monitor margins, and drive initiatives to improve financial outcomes
  • Manage financial aspects related to product development, manufacturing, marketing, and end-of-life phases, including understanding cost structures, effectively manage Product Lifecycle Management
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate Financial Risks.
  • Develop and implement Chart of Accounts, Systems set up and Processes in line with Business requirements.
  • Contribute to modernization of finance processes, controls reporting team and organization.
  • Develop or recommend practical solutions to address financial challenges or issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and review financial and business performance data to provide actionable insights

 Group Manager-Sales

Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement effective retail and corporate sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • •Lead, manage, train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • •Identify new market opportunities and expand into new segments.
  • •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • •Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • •Oversee key client negotiations and high-value deals.
  • •Work closely with the marketing, product, and fleet operations teams to align strategies and support business objectives.
  • •Forecast sales volumes and prepare budgets and reports for senior leadership.
  • •Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • •Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory sales practices.
  • •Oversee corporate tendering process, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with bid requirements.
  • •Develop and manage partnerships with dealerships and explore special programs cooperation opportunities.
  • •Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales teams to drive high performance.
  • •Take ownership of the Sales GP, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • •Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and performance targets.

Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • •Analyze data and create financial models for decision making
  • •Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics
  • •Report on financial performance and prepare materials for regular management reviews
  • •Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
