 Hiring: HR Officer 


 Dubai, UAE |  Full-time |




Are you an HR professional with hands-on experience in DMCC portal and UAE payroll processes? Join our team and help drive efficient, compliant, and people-first HR operations.


 Your Key Responsibilities:


-Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations via the DMCC portal


-Ensure compliance with DMCC rules and UAE labour laws


-Keep employee documents up to date (visa, Emirates ID, passport)


-Process monthly payroll accurately, including bonuses and deductions


-Work with Finance to ensure on-time salary payments


-Manage payroll paperwork (payslips, salary letters, end-of-service)


-Support HR tasks like onboarding, leave tracking, and performance reviews


-Prepare regular HR reports and assist during audits


 What We’re Looking For:


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field


-2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE, especially with DMCC and payroll


-Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and DMCC regulations


-Skilled in Microsoft Excel and HR systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics


-Detail-oriented, discreet, and a good communicator.
