• Ability to analyse RFPs and prepare proper respond as a technical proposal to the client
• Ability to demonstrate solutions to client and prepare proper presentations and scope of work or proof of concept that meet the client demand
• Full understanding of digital strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, IT governance, IT security, IT infrastructure, IT policies and procedures, IT operating model and IT organization structure from a consulting point of view
• Ability to build and implement digital strategy and its components
• Ability to conduct current state assessment to the technology landscape
• Ability to conduct gap analysis practice between the current state and future design
• Ability to define digital initiatives within the digital strategy
• Ability to develop strategical roadmap for the digital strategy implementation
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF and NORA framework
• Full awareness of EA domains and how to define them based on global frameworks
• Ability to develop EA framework that fit to the client purpose
• Ability to develop customer journeys and define customer experience improvement plan
• Awareness of IT governance and its components and policies
• High level security awareness including frameworks, policies, governance, standards and privacy
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, network, security, hardware, software and other components
• Good experience in developing business continuity plans and disaster recovery
• Ability to develop IT operating model and implement the outcome that fir with client’s requirements
• Full understanding of IT organization structure options design and implementation

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor / Masters in (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science)

Years and Nature of Experience

• 7 years of management consulting in the field of digital consulting preferably in Big 4 or any known consulting firms
• Preferably certified or have good understanding of ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF and other IT domains
• Good experience in applications and solution architecture design and implementation
• Good Experience in data architecture design and implementation
• Good experience in IT budgeting and IT financials
• Excellent English language in speaking, reading and writing
