Requirements :


 University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics/Real Estate


 Valid RERA license (Dubai)


 At least 5 years of experience in commercial leasing in Dubai


 Experience in determining rental values ​​and feasibility studies


 Strong network with investors and brand owners


 Fluent in Arabic and English
