Finance Manager

About the job

Required for Leading Educational services Company, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Finance manager professional to join our team.

Job description

The Financial Manager is accountable for the direct supervision of accounting operations of the company.
This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
 

Responsibilitie


Support the development of performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
Manage all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
Manage the selection process for the banks and the opening of bank accounts, as well as a review of the performance of banks evaluated periodically and operations and bank reconciliations.
Manage the end-to-end accounting process and ensure that all transactions are processed appropriately in line with the finance and accounting guidelines.


Analyze and track contracts payment terms on a periodic basis and consider the same in the annual budgeting process, as necessary.
Act as the company’s focal point to external auditors and facilitate the preparation and submission of complete, accurate and timely financial information required for the audit.
Manage the preparation and review of management reports containing financial information of the company and performance metrics.
