Create 2D and/or 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, MicroStation).


Interpret rough sketches, notes, and engineering specifications to develop accurate designs.


Prepare detailed drawings for construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects.


Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or supervisors.


Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards, codes, and regulations.


Maintain drawing databases and document control systems.


Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts or clarify requirements.


Perform updates and modifications to existing drawings.


 


Complete work within project timelines and ensure accuracy and quality.


Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).


Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.


Understanding of engineering or architectural principles.


Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.






Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.


Good communication and teamwork abilities.


 


Associate degree, technical certificate, or relevant drafting experience (varies by employer).
