 Customer Service Executive



Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates



Salary: AED 5,000 10,000

We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ras Al Khor. Dubai!




Key Responsibilities:


Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person


Register service complaints and assign tasks to technicians


Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area




Requirements:


2 to 4 years of experience (service center/customer-facing roles preferred)


Bachelor's Degree


Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
