وصف الوظيفة

Mainly responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments, etc.


Shall on same be involved in the related office coordination to various team/department.


Tender documents preparation, handling & tracking.


Keeping the updated project related progress file documents & various document type.


With technical sound knowledge in site operations & procedures and even knowledge in AUTOCAD is a plus advantage.


 


Qualifications:


MALE

Valid Residence / Work Permit WITH NOC TRANSFERRABLE.

Proficient Bi-lingual language for English & other languages / dialects is a plus factor.

Keen interest to work with passion towards career & growth opportunity in a long term working period.
