Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven ERP Sales & Implementation Consultant, fluent in both Arabic and English, to manage the complete client lifecycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to implementation, training, and post-go-live support.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong sales acumen and hands-on ERP functional expertise, who thrives on both securing new business and ensuring successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive ERP sales by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, professional networking, and strategic partnerships.
Deliver tailored ERP demonstrations and compelling presentations to decision-makers and technical teams.
Serve as the key liaison between sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless project handover.
Gather and analyze client requirements to successfully configure and customize ERP modules.
Conduct comprehensive user training and provide go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.
Offer first-line post-implementation support and coordinate technical escalations efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
Complete fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or functional implementation.
Strong functional knowledge of key ERP modules: Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing, and CRM.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Solid functional understanding of business processes across various industries.
A valid and transferable work visa (Iqama) for Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
