Hiring – HR Assistant

  Location: Sharjah

Electronics Bazaar FZC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.

-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

-Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

-Assist in handling employee queries and HR documentation.

-Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

-Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

-1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred).

-Strong organizational and communication skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
