Hiring: Bilingual Secretary


 A reputable company in Kuwait is looking for a Bilingual Secretary .


 Key Responsibilities:


✅ Answer and direct phone calls


✅ Organize and schedule appointments


✅ Plan meetings and take detailed minutes


✅ Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms


✅ Assist in preparing regular reports


✅ Develop and maintain an organized filing system


 Requirements:


1-2 year of experience in an admin role


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Strong time management and prioritization skills


High attention to detail and problem-solving ability


Excellent written and verbal communication


Transferrable Visa (Article 18)


 Salary Range: 350–400 KWD
