Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor – Hospitality / F&B (Qatar)

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and facility maintenance, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations across restaurant facilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs and installations

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment records

Support new installations and renovation projects when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Technician

Strong background in HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance

Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or catering industry preferred

Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to manage multiple work orders and lead maintenance staff

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Must be currently in Qatar and available to join immediately or on short notice.
