Operations & Fleet Manager (Heavy Transport & Logistics – Oil & Gas)




An exciting opportunity for an operations Manager with expertise in heavy equipment rental, transport, and oilfield logistics.




Key Responsibilities:


Lead daily fleet & equipment operations.


Ensure QHSE compliance and operational excellence.


Coordinate with clients, project teams, and field operations.


Drive efficiency, cost control, and performance improvements.




Requirements:


8+ years’ experience in transport/logistics (oil & gas preferred).


Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.


Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 & OHSAS 18001.


Transferable residency in Kuwait.
