Business Development & Data Specialist – MENA

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development & Data Specialist to join a fast-paced, passionate team, supporting customers and achieving sales and strategic growth objectives across the MENA region. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, delivering precise performance reports, and supporting planning and forecasting to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to implement the regional strategy, focusing on operational efficiency, data accuracy, sales growth, and distributor coordination.

• Provide accurate data insights, reports, and tools to support business development and increase market share.

• Contribute to broader strategic projects in collaboration with the team.

• Participate in innovating new and effective ways to tackle challenges and support the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• University degree with strong experience in international sales or business development.

• Advanced data analysis skills and experience using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Apps, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate reporting under pressure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in both English and Arabic.

• Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
