Job Title: Architect Design 

Department: Arch Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs for projects in compliance with municipal regulations and international standards.

• Manage and oversee all stages of the architectural design process, from concept to detailed construction drawings.

• Review and approve architectural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure full integration of design.

• Attend client and authority meetings, present and explain design concepts when required.

• Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to management.

• Ensure adherence to urban planning regulations, municipality standards, and project specifications.

• Efficiently use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural design, preferably in consultancy offices.

• Must hold UPDA certification from Qatar Municipality (mandatory).

• Proficiency in Arabic language (English is an added advantage).

• Preferably of Arab nationality.

• Strong ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

• Excellent time management, coordination, and project follow-up skills.
