RAK Academy – Al Rams:
A small primary school delivering the English National Curriculum using resources such as White Rose Maths and Developing Experts. Accredited by British Schools Overseas (BSO) and able to deliver full ECT induction to teachers.

Role:
We are seeking a positive, driven, and inspirational EYFS Teacher to join the team. ECTs are welcome to apply.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Years.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.

• Trained in delivering a British Curriculum.

• Experience delivering EYFS Curriculum.

• Ability to engage, motivate, and support children, staff, and parents.

• Reflective practitioner with creative and innovative thinking.

• Positive and enthusiastic team member.

• Willingness to be fully involved in extra-curricular activities.

• Commitment to making all complex decisions based on best practice for the child.
