Job Title: Female Admin Executive  ( Open Positions: 2)

We’re hiring! Sanco Environmental Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Admin Executive to join our team immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide admin support to management to help keep operations smooth.

- Manage both physical and digital filing / record‑keeping systems.

- Prepare quotations in response to clients’ requests, coordinating with relevant departments.

- Handle day‑to‑day office operations and assist with internal communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 1-2  years’ experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE.

- Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented.

- Fluent English  (spoken & written); strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

- Understanding of business / sales functions.

- Available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

- Preference: Candidates from Kerala (if applicable).

QUALIFICATION:

- Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
