Job Title: Project Manager - High-Rise Building Construction


Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years


Industry: Building Construction


 


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-rise building project. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in building construction, with proven expertise in managing large-scale, high-rise developments from initiation to completion.


 


 


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the full lifecycle of high-rise building construction projects


• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards


• Manage site teams, schedules, safety, and compliance


 


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field


• Proven track record of managing high-rise construction projects


• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills


• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project controls


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
