Job Overview:
Responsible for receiving and documenting customer transactions, reviewing all required documents and information to ensure accuracy, issuing certificates and licenses, responding to inquiries, coordinating with relevant organizational units to expedite transactions, and handling customer feedback and complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and document customer transactions and all required documents.

• Review and verify documents and information for accuracy before processing.

• Complete any missing documents to finalize customer transactions.

• Issue no-objection certificates, health certificates, licenses, and other required documents.

• Respond to customer inquiries and guide them on transaction requirements.

• Coordinate with organizational units to expedite all pending matters.

• Receive customer feedback and complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Major: Administrative Sciences.

• Nationality: UAE only.
