Maintenance Technician

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

• Ensure efficient operation of machinery, systems, and facilities.

• Optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance projects to improve production capacity, quality, and efficiency.

• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.

• Troubleshoot complex and repetitive equipment issues.

• Maintain and improve line performance for planned and unplanned downtime.

• Solve complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns.

• Manage maintenance costs and report key performance indicators.

• Keep maintenance and machine documentation up to date.

• Monitor production equipment according to HSEQ procedures and legislation to prevent accidents and environmental damage.

• Participate in or lead improvement projects and coordinate with third-party service providers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills including machine safety and ergonomics.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics).

• Understanding of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, control panels, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with automation and control systems (PLCs, sensors, automated machinery).

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
