Waiter/Waitress – F&B Experience Required

Salary Range: (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus.

Make menu suggestions based on customer preferences.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.

Arrange and maintain clean and tidy table settings.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Deliver checks, handle payments, and thank customers.

Address and resolve any guest concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Food safety training is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role in the F&B industry.
