Position: Head of Modern Foreign Languages (Secondary School)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the MFL department at the secondary level.

• Ensure high-quality teaching and excellent academic outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of the curriculum (Modified English National Curriculum, IPC, GCSE, and A Levels).

• Support student progress and achievement, both academically and personally.

• Actively participate in extra-curricular school life and foster a culture of success.

• Promote diversity and inclusion within the school community.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an excellent MFL teacher.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, and parents.

• Passionate about education, resilient, and committed to extra-curricular involvement.

• Relevant academic qualifications with experience in British curricula preferred.
