Job Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Operations Manager in Dubai. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency, and optimize processes. The role includes managing staff, developing operational strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while coordinating with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams.

• Relevant industry experience is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years in a management role in the UAE.
