Job Vacancy: Receivables Accountant

Location: Jeddah - The Second Industrial City

Arrow Juice Factory is seeking a highly organized and experienced Receivables Accountant to join our finance team in Jeddah. This is a crucial, hybrid role that goes beyond typical Accounts Receivable duties to encompass Fixed Assets and Intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of sales invoices and collections, along with:

Handling all Local Sales and Collections matters, ensuring follow-up aligns with company credit terms.

Administering and maintaining Fixed Assets records for the entire plant.

Maintaining records and performing follow-up for new Capital Investments.

Managing Intercompany Transactions and reconciliation across the group companies.

Handling the calculation and recording of Export Sales Freight Charges.

Providing plant-level support and service delivery to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years in a similar capacity within a reputable organization.

Education: University Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Technical Skills: Strong Computer Proficiency, including familiarity with accounting software, financial databases, and excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills, Strong Analytical Skills for providing meaningful financial insights. Excellent Communication Skills for internal and external correspondence.
