We are looking for a professional and qualified Receptionist to join our team. This role will serve as the central point of contact between clients and employees, providing administrative support and handling customer inquiries. Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and clients, providing necessary information in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.

• Organize appointments and schedule meetings.

• Maintain a filing system and keep documents organized.

• Provide administrative support to other staff members when needed.

• Handle inquiries and complaints effectively and promptly.

Qualifications and Experience
