Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols in oil and gas or construction projects.

• Conduct periodic safety inspections and risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Prepare detailed safety reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management and teams.

• Lead safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among workers and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or a related field.

• Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA or IOSH.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety in oil and gas or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, regulations and reports.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Applicants with a valid Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) approval will be preferred.
