Job duties

• Providing administrative and human resources support for daily operations

• Preparing, updating, and maintaining employee records and human resources documents

• Assistance with hiring, onboarding, and payroll

• Handling correspondence and communications in both languages

• Supporting clients in processing visas, renewals, and documents

• Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth running of the business
