Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Location: Kuwait – On-site, Full-time
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your core mission is to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards and safety protocols. You'll work closely under the supervision of the housekeeping team and be instrumental in delivering memorable guest experiences through spotless spaces and professional service.
Responsibilities
Collect assigned room keys and tools at the beginning of the shift
Prepare trolleys and equipment efficiently to avoid delays
Clean guest rooms and replenish all supplies according to hotel standards
Ensure bathrooms are cleaned and restocked to performance and safety standards
Neatly arrange guest items while cleaning
Notify Valet Services to collect guest laundry as required
Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, pantries, and service areas
Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department
Work professionally in guest areas, respecting privacy and comfort
Adhere to environmental, health, and safety guidelines set by the hotel

Requirements
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and tools
Ability to follow instructions and hotel protocols
Physically fit and capable of handling a hands-on, active job
Attention to detail and guest-oriented attitude
Punctual, reliable, and professional behavior at all times
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus

كـ Housekeeping Attendant، ستكون مسؤولًا عن الحفاظ على نظافة غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة داخل الفندق وفقًا للسياسات والمعايير الخاصة بالفندق، مع الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة. ستعمل تحت إشراف الفريق الإداري، وتؤدي دورًا محوريًا في ضمان راحة ورضا الضيوف.
المهام
استلام المفاتيح والتعليمات اليومية في بداية الوردية
تجهيز معدات التنظيف والعربات لضمان الكفاءة وتجنب التأخير
تنظيف غرف الضيوف وتجديد المستلزمات حسب معايير الفندق
تنظيف الحمامات والتأكد من التزامها بمعايير الأداء والسلامة
ترتيب متعلقات الضيوف بعناية أثناء التنظيف
إخطار خدمة الملابس لجمع الغسيل أو الكي حسب طلب الضيف
تنظيف ممرات الضيوف والمناطق الخدمية والاحتفاظ بمظهر مهني
الإبلاغ عن أي أعطال إلى قسم الصيانة
مراعاة خصوصية وراحة الضيوف أثناء العمل بالمناطق العامة أو داخل الغرف
الالتزام بسياسات الفندق المتعلقة بالسلامة والبيئة
