A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting an HR Operations Executive to be based in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:

Providing support in managing all HR procedures.

Performing a variety of HR, personnel and office administrative tasks.

Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.

Executing the employee's annual review procedures.

Maintaining and recording employee attendance.

Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

Sourcing and working with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.

Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.

Counselling employees as and when required.

Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.

Any other general administrative duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Native Arabic Speaker

Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.

At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.

Able to work independently with decision-making skills.

Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with excellence communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problems solving skills.

Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills.
