Responsibilities

• Control and lead drivers to ensure timely shipment delivery

• Manage driver performance and shipment returns with daily system updates

• Plan, direct, and supervise all driver activities related to pickups, deliveries, and internal hub operations

• Dispatch orders and coordinate with drivers to guarantee every shipment is processed and delivered

• Maintain thorough knowledge of shipment and courier operations

• Work night shifts only

Requirements

• Proven logistics experience in last-mile delivery

• Strong leadership skills and assertive personality

• Proficient in Excel

• Transferable residency visa from inside Kuwait only

• Ability to join immediately
