Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is seeking Customer Service professionals who will be responsible for providing front line support to our patients, visitors and families, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout their journey within the Hospital.




This role involves handling patient registration, appointment scheduling, guiding visitors and addressing inquiries related to hospital services, billing, and insurance.
