 Requirements:

  Gender: Female/Male both considered 

 Experience: 3 – 5 years as a Supplier Account Handler or Supplier Relationship Officer

  Industry: Must be from the Fashion / Retail Industry only

  Languages: Bilingual – Fluent in English and Arabic 

  Excellent communication, coordination & negotiation skills

  Visa Type: 18 Ahli (Transferable)

 Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers 

 • Handle supplier accounts, purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries 

 • Negotiate best pricing, quality, and delivery terms 

 • Coordinate with management on new collections, materials, and sourcing options 

 • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments with suppliers 

 • Track and update supplier performance, reports, and documentation 

 • Ensure clear communication and smooth workflow between suppliers and the boutique team
