Operation Manager Job In Qatar

Description

Oversee and manage all daily operations to ensure business efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate with various departments (Admin, HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to streamline processes.

Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet performance objectives.

Monitor and analyze operational performance through KPIs and reports.

Plan and manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Ensure compliance with company standards, Qatar Labor Law, and safety regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government agencies.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance workflow and cost efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations or management roles (preferably in Qatar or GCC).

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and business management software (ERP systems preferred).

Strong understanding of Qatar labor laws and business regulations.

Transferable visa with NOC preferred.

Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
