*We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinators – Dubai, UAE 



Our client, a reputed insurance brokerage, is looking for 3 proactive Sales Coordinators to join their team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the insurance industry, this role is for you!



 Key Responsibilities:



 Assist sales team with proposals, quotations & policy documentation


 Coordinate with insurers & internal teams for policy issuance & renewals


 Follow up with clients on documents & payments


 Maintain client records, CRM updates & sales reports


 Support meetings, calls & customer queries




✅ Ideal Candidate:



✔ 1–2 years’ experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support (insurance background is a plus)


✔ Strong organizational & multitasking skills


✔ Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)


✔ Team player with a professional attitude



 What’s Offered:


 Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000


 Medical Insurance & Annual Leave (as per UAE Labor Law)
